What you choose to share

Our connection and help-request forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, general location, and the situation or request you describe. Please share only what is needed to begin a conversation. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, or medical documents through these public forms.

How information is used

Information is recorded in the Wellsprings Connection Engine to review and respond to requests, coordinate appropriate follow-up, and protect the service. Cloudflare provides hosting and database services. Email delivery may use Resend. A form submission does not guarantee assistance or establish a clinical or professional relationship.

Optional updates are a separate choice

Promotional updates require your separate opt-in. Use the personal link in an email to manage or unsubscribe from updates. Request-related responses are separate from optional newsletters. The preferences page explains how to open your personal controls.

Website privacy choices

The site's Privacy Controls let you choose whether optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity insights are enabled. Essential website functions remain available without accepting optional analytics. These choices are stored on your device and are separate from email preferences.

Access, sharing, and retention

Access to submitted information is restricted to the work of reviewing and responding to connections. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site and communication systems. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained as needed for follow-up, consent history, security, and applicable obligations.
